I read about a pro-gun organization, Guns Save Life, today that had access to a lot of old rusty junk guns. They turned about 60 of them into the city of Chicago, during a gun buy back event and received $100 Mastercard gift cards in return for them. What is Guns Save Life going to do with their $6000.00 they collected from the city for these junk guns?  “Most of the money will go toward buying ammunition for an NRA youth camp in Bloomington. The rest will pay for four bolt-action rifles that will be given away to campers,” the article stated.

This made my day!  A pro-gun group working within the system to provide good resources to a youth shooting camp.  Way to go Guns Save Life!

  1. That’s awsome! Great thinking guys. I’ll post this on F.B and hope the city heard about how they are buying weapons and ammo for campers and kids! Love it!!!!!
